Dear Members,

As per the Constitution of Human Resource Development Network, the current Board of Directors would complete their three years term of office in 2008 and subsequently, a new Board would be elected in the upcoming All Members Meeting (AMM) scheduled on October 11, 2008. To be eligible to participate in the Elections, all the Members must meet following contidions:

• One must be a bona fide HRDN member
• The membership must be valid 30 days before the Elections, that is , by September 10, 2008
• All dues against the member must be cleared 30 days before the Elections

Elections would take place for all 12 positions at the Board. The composition of Board is:

• Founder Members 4 seats
• Professional Members 4 seats
• Organizational Members 3 seats
• General Members 1 seat

Only those members who have paid their dues are eligible to cast votes or take part in elections;
Members who are interested in contesting Elections for HRDN Board are requested to send their Nomination Forms latest by September 10, 2008 (30 days before the election) at the following address:
