HRDN BoD Election Details  |
Members being a proprietor of the organization are valued for their commitment and dedication towards HRDN. As per the HRDN constitution, BoD Elections are held after every three years. The three years’ tenure of second Board of Directors has been completed in 2008. Therefore, Board elections were organized on the eve of 9th All Members’ Meeting held on October 11, 2008 and thus was the most important agenda item in the AMM. Elections were held under the auspices of an independent Election Commission headed by a senior Organizational Member, Ms. Manizeh Bano. Members from all voting categories participated in the election.
The existing composition of HRDN Board is as follows:

- Professionals Members 4 seats
- Organizational Members 3 seats
- General Members 1 seat

HRDN PCP Certification |
Human Resource Development Network (HRDN) has been PCP certified in June 2008. The certification is based on an objective, professional and critical evaluation. It is aimed to enhance HRDN credibility as a non profit organization, increasing its capacity to access philanthropic assistance, helping in diversifying its resource base and facilitating in obtaining tax benefits from the Government of Pakistan (under Section 2 (36) read with Section 61 and Clause 58 of the IInd schedule of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001). 4th International HRD Congress |
Human Resource Development Network is organizing its 4th International HRD Congress on the theme “Promoting Microfinance and Financial Inclusion for Human Development. The 4th International HRD Congress aims to contribute towards furthering the growth and health of the microfinance industry in Pakistan. The Congress will bring together a multitude of stakeholders and international experts for discussion and debate about the key challenges of the microfinance sector at macro, meso and micro levels and formulation of specific recommendations.
