What will happen if miss my annual fee?
 

Six months after the deadline for the payment of the annual fee, your membership will expire and you will not receive any info from HRDN.

   
 Can I rejoin after few years of absence?
 

Yes, you can rejoin after paying all the previous dues or you need to reinitiate your membership with a written request.

   
 How can my organization benefit HRDN?
 

Your Organization can be benefited in many ways:
By becoming a member you become part of the fraternity.

 Can I attend all the events in a year?
  Yes, all the members are encouraged to attend as many HRDN events as they can.
   
Can I pay my membership fee in installments?
 

Fee is only a token of your interest, so it has to be paid in lump sum;

   
How long does it take membership to become active?
 

MAC-Membership Acceptance Committee meets every quarter, so it take upto thre months for an application to be accepted or rejected.

   
Can Members provide their voluntarily services in projects?
 

Yes, Members are encouraged to provide their voluntarily services in the projects and in other activities also.

   
Can a Member be an employee of HRDN?
 

Yes, a member can be an employee of HRDN. During the employment period the member is not charged for membership fee and his/her membership is on hold.

 Can professional member become a life time member?
  In order to become a life time professional member following are essential:
  • Three Years active membership in respective category;
  • Have paid all the previous dues;
  • No complaint registered against them by the secretariat or members;
No resolution registered against their becoming lifetime members by any other members.

In order to become a life time General member following are essential:

  • Three Years active membership in respective category;
  • Have paid all the previous dues;

As a new member what will I start receiving benefits?
 

As soon as all your dues are paid and you are provided relevant documents, you can enjoy all benefits of being a member of HRDN.

   
How can I get proof of my HRDN membership?
  After your membership, you will receive a membership card that will prove your identity as a member of HRDN
   
How can I get to know about the other members?
  Visit the HRDN website and log on to your personal webpage, go to the members listing;
   
How do I renew my membership next year?
  It can be renewed through cheque/draft and cash payment at the HRDN Secretariat
   
Can I lend my membership card to a friend or family member?

If I move, can I join another chapter closer to where I live?

How do I know where the nearest chapter is to my new location?
 

HRDN has its Chapters addresses listed on the website: The city chapters are in Colombo, Thimpu, Bangkok, Khatmandu, Kabul, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Muzaffarabad

   
If I move or change my name how do I notify?
  In case of any change in your name, you need to send legal documents verified by a make public notary and then have to send it to the HRDN Secretariat.
   
How long will I be considered a member of HRDN?
 

As long as your dues are paid.

   
I have become disabled. Does HRDN have a special membership for this?
  It is decided on case to case basis. For that you have to write to HRDN and then the board will take the concern action
   
Does HRDN offer scholarships?
  HRDN does not offer routine scholarships. But often announcements are made.
   
I‘ve lost my membership number. How can I find out what my membership number is?
 

You can contact the secretariat and can also check it from your webpage

   
I am retired. Do I still owe the full membership dues amount listed on my renewal form?
 

 Yes, HRDN don’t have any such policy.

   
Do you have a special membership fee for full-time students?
 

 The special membership fee for the students is 100 rupees.

   
Are membership dues tax deductible?
